Lemons are high in Vitamin C. Also lesser amounts of thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid (vit B5) and vitamin B6. In addition they contain small trace amounts of protein and fiber, plus an assortment of other trace nutrients. There are also about 4 insignificant calories per tablespoon of lemon.

**Do not use Meyer Lemons

Cayenne Pepper (aka the master herb)

Cayenne pepper acts as a catalyst which makes other herbs react more sufficiently within your body.

Cayenne is high in both Vitamin A & C and some B vitamins as well. It also contains potassium and calcium, both of which make it highly alkalizing to the body. Capsaicin is the most active compound found in the cayenne pepper.

Water

USE GOOD WATER!!! EVEN THE WATER IN YOUR TAP MAY BE SUFFICIENT!

Try to use water free of impurities or chemicals. The best pH level is 7 on a range of 0-14.
